Joggers & Lagers group run has been going on over a decade and we still love it!

ROGA
ROGA = running + yoga
Join us each Thursday evening for a jog in West Wichita followed by a Hot Yoga class at Unity Yoga Studio! All levels of runners and yogis are welcome! We meet at 6 pm at the studio and set off in groups for your choice of 2-4 miles. Everyone meets back at Unity Studio for a unique Hot Yoga experience at 7 pm!
Mats are available to rent!

Sunday Runday
Select Sundays are a day for our long slow runs to build up our endurance which we love to do at Prairie Sunset Trail or at Sedgwick County Park.
